Catrin Morris Jones studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with David Watkins and began her post graduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music with Skaila Kanga graduating in 1984. Her recent professional work has included performances with the Royal Philharmonic and Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestras, the Halle Orchestra, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, London City Ballet and Moscow City Ballet, English Touring Opera and the European Chamber Opera. She also performs in West End Shows.
Recital performances have included Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp in the Barbican Hall with the Guildhall Chamber Orchestra and a world premiere performance of Adam Gorb's 'Harps of Gold' for harp quintet at the Royal Academy of Music which was later repeated at the Wigmore Hall.
Catrin Morris Jones is available for corporate functions, weddings, special events and department store promotions. Her repertoire includes classical, light and popular music. She also plays as a duo called 'Arabesque' with flautist Sarah DeBats.
