Goyesca String Trio
The Goyesca String Trio was founded in 1994 and is available to play for weddings, civil partnerships, corporate functions, promotional events and private parties. Its members are all professional musicians who have studied in Britain and will add that special touch to any occasion!
The group has played at many of London's top hotels and classic venues and has been featured in Classic FM Magazine. The trio's repertoire covers a wide variety of Baroque, Classical, Jazz and Popular music taking in works from Bach to Hendrix!
Philip Deakin - Cellist
Philip Deakin is a Graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Whilst at the academy he was highly commended as a chamber musician and has received awards in this field. His career has taken him to Europe and Canada as a freelance chamber and orchestral player.
Angela Hunt - Violinist
Angela Hunt is a Graduate of the London College of Music and continued her studies at the National Centre for Orchestral Studies. She has a diverse range of experience including teaching and performing with various chamber, opera and orchestral groups throughout the UK.
Meg Gates - Violinist
Meg Gates studied at the Guildhall School of Music and has worked as a freelance violinist and as a chamber musician in both the popular and classical fields. She has had experience working in the session world and has also worked in television.
