The Regis String Quartet

The Regis String Quartet specialise in being able to provide entertainment for any occasion. The quartet is equally at home playing Scott Joplin Rags, Cole Porter, film and television themes as it is Beethoven and Schubert. This diversity has made them a popular choice for everything from corporate events, dinners, weddings etc to product launches, private parties, and themed events.

The quartet is based on the South coast and comprises players who work as freelance musicians with the London Orchestras, Ballet & Opera companies and West End Theatres. The Regis String Quartet is regularly called upon to entertain at fine hotels and country houses and has an impressive list of corporate clients. Venues include the world renowned Chewton Glen, Athelhampton House, Lulworth Castle etc...

The Regis Trio
The Regis Trio is an option offered where a smaller group is required either because of lack of space or if a smaller budget is available. The trio line up would be violin, viola and cello.

The Regis Palm Court Trio
This offers another variation of instrumentation to include piano along with violin and cello to create the traditional sound of the Palm Court. The music is generally lighter featuring the music of Irving Berlin, Franz Lehar, Cole Portet etc. A throwback to the days of Grand Hotels and afternoon tea at The Ritz!
