5th Avenue is a first class professional band with a flexible line up from two piece band upwards. The duo comprises lead female and male vocals with keyboards, and their guitarist/vocalist augments the band to a trio. Sax and drums are available for bigger bands.5th Avenue play all styles of music from 60's to the latest dance hits in the charts. 5th Avenue are the ultimate dance band performing pop, rock, soul, R&B, middle of the road, reggae, ballads and cocktail jazz standards to suit every occasion.
5th Avenue have travelled the world playing aboard some of the most luxurious cruise liners for Cunard, Princess and P & O. They have also completed successful residences at prestigious London hotels including The Hilton-Park Lane, The Langham and The Lainsborough.
This well reputed function band are versatile and available for weddings, perties, receptions, conferences, cabaret and clubs. 5th Avenue's versatility and professional performance guarantees that the music will be just right for any occasion.
Members of 5th Avenue band have previously toured extensively and session recorded with Elton John - Wham - The Beach Boys - The Drifters - Elkie Brooks - Boy George and Jocelyn Brown!
A Disco & DJ are available (together with the Band) for the function that requires non-stop entertainment. This is a popular package, as it ensures that all the entertainment aspects at your party do not suffer with 'lulls' or 'quiet spells'. It is on going and continuous and offers non-stop entertainment for you and your guests. You are assured that your guests have the option to carry on dancing to the Disco with their celebrations on the dance floor when the band breaks.
