As one of the longest established covers bands in the UK, China Grove can supply you with a night of entertainment you'll remember for years.The ultimate party band, China Grove plays the widest possible range of party music, featuring classic songs from across the decades - Swing, Motown, 60's, 70's Abba, 80's, Kylie, Robbie, Beyonce 90's and present day chart hits are all covered with the same style and panache.
China Grove have been privileged to work all over the UK & Europe from small intimate parties to 5000 seat arenas. Since they were established in 1997 they have covered every kind of function.
China Grove hit the scene as a corporate function band that would be second to none, this has now been achieved with years of hard work and determination. Along with the dedication of the all band members and crew, they have successfully established themselves as one of the few corporate covers bands in the UK that can cater for any situation.
China Grove carry all their own equipment needed for a full night of entertainment. They always carry their own high quality Sherman Audio PA system, and a full compliment of lighting. The band carry, set up, and control all of their own equipment giving them total control over the show.
China Grove do work well with production companies, having spent a large amount of time working side by side with some of the best production companies in the country and are able to blend around any staging or room/event theme.
China Grove are predominately a 6 piece band, although over the years, they have also developed a 9 piece band. By adding a superb brass section, they now have that extra dimension some functions require. The band's brass team have now been with China Grove for a number of years, and many comments have been made, not only for their amazing playing ability, but their fantastic dance routines.
Whenever China Grove appear at a function, they always supply their own PA & stage lighting, 2 beautiful & talented female singers accompany the band on every show, backed up with 2 male vocalists. Lead guitar, bass guitar, keyboards and full drums complete the line up as a 6 piece band. (Saxophone, Trumpet & Trombone complete a 9 piece lineup)
