THE CRACK are all well established musicians. The band was formed in 1997 and they now travel the length and breadth of the country, playing at all types of private and public functions. The band also play throughout Europe, and have become regular visitors to Denmark, touring there 3 times a year. They are constantly in demand especially becoming sought after as Wedding entertainment specialists, and will adapt to any occasion.
THE CRACK have masses of energy and their goal is simply to see people truly entertained, smiling and happy, knowing that they have had a great night out. This happens whenever the band play. These natural musicians believe the more you sing, the better you feel! The better you feel the more you sing!
THE CRACK are:
RICKY STEVENSON - Lead Vocalist, Percussion, Acoustic Guitar. - Originally a drummer, he has spent 15 years touring Europe and America with various artists and is now Lead Vocalist and Front man of THE CRACK.
STEVE GARDEN - Lead and Rhythm Guitar, Vocals - A versatile Guitar Player who has spent 10 years touring Europe with various artists before joining THE CRACK. Steve continues to compose original music.
GARY DAW - Bass Player, Vocals - The most experienced member of the band and one of the biggest sounds on Bass, touring all over Europe, mainly on the Blues circuit, always keeping THE CRACK steady as a rock.
TIMMY WHEELER - Drums and Percussion, Vocals - The youngest member of the band and one of the top drum tutors in the South. A great find for The Crack who between himself and Gary, make the engine of THE CRACK drive along.
