The nightclub bounces to the sound of The JJ's, and to them it's all in a nights work.....For a band that plays every week without fail at a packed out Jumping Jaks, the second largest nightclub in the UK, and never lose a person from the dance floor, it follows that they are expert at holding a crowd with subtle changes of tempo and shrewd song selection.
With a lineup of five highly trained and experienced musicians, The JJ's have been wowing clubbers at Jumping Jaks every weekend for the past year with their distinctive brand of dance music as well as traveling up and down the country to private functions, birthdays and weddings.
The band is fronted by the powerful and lively Dawn Moss on vocals, an experienced and highly acclaimed singer and entertainer who is currently studying at the London College of Music.
Jake Bowser owns the piano, a skilled jazz and pop musician, with years of gigging and recording experience under his belt.
Dan Bell is on guitar, delivering a clean sound as well as screaming solos if needs be. And he won't keep still!
Bass extraordinaire Alan Mansford can't help but groove. He is known in some parts as the king of the lower frequencies.
Last but not least, Will Calver is the 'King of the Kit', delivering the finest beats from Lands End to John O'Groats! Also studying at the London College of Music, this man really can groove.
So whether its 70's funk, 80's rock, 90's pop or current hits you want, (or anything really) The JJ's will deliver. Available now for clubs/functions/weddings/birthdays, any event where you want people to have fun!
