The Suspects
The Suspects are a high-energy, four-piece band based in London Town playing a fantastic mix of floor fillers from the 50's through to the present day - the perfect band for any party, function or celebration.
Versatility in repertoire and authentic live performance are key components in The Suspects' approach, so you find yourself dancing non-stop to Little Richards' Tutti Frutti through to modern classics by bands as diverse as Blur and The Killers and Snow Patrol. The individual members of The Suspects have many years experience playing all over the world.
The quartet has shared stages with a range of different bands, including The Wombats, Goldie Lookin Chain, Alabama 3, The Holloways, Basement Jaxx, and have played numerous festivals ranging from Glastonbury through to The Big Chill. They have also performed many times with horn players from the Jools Holland Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
Not only this, but the members of The Suspects have also played in bands appearing on prestigious television shows, such as Wogan, Daytime Live, The James Whale Show, ITV Live at the Town and Country, as well numerous movie premieres and prestigious charity events over the years.
The Suspects' core repertoire includes hits by Madness, Blur, Kings of Leon, The Killers, The Jam, Coldplay, Snow Patrol , Oasis and many more, not to mention much covered Atlantic Soul/Blues Brothers classics and authentic Little Richard/Jerry Lee Lewis style Rock'n'Roll. New songs are added to the repertoire constantly, so that the sound is always fresh, vibrant and exciting.
