This classic Soul, Motown, Funk showband has become one of the best bands in the UK.

The band pays tribute to the classic stars of Funk music… People like Mr James Brown, The Average White Band, Kool and the Gang, The Commodores, Curtis Mayfield, Maceo Parker… and then moves on to present a flavour of some of the great modern day artistes including Incognito, Ronnie Jordan, Brand New Heavies…

As well as headlining with THE BLUNTER BROTHERS ‘Funk Revue’ the band has supported many major acts including Edwin Starr, Sister Sledge, Ruby Turner, Rufus Thomas, Geno Washington, Stephen K Amos ….

THE BLUNTER BROTHERS is a 9-11 piece band featuring male and female vocals, horns and rhythm section. There is also an option of other bands – THE NEW BB’s, a band of between 6 to 9 musicians playing funk and soul.

THE BLUNTER BROTHERS can supply a complete events entertainment package including up to 3 hours live music, P.A. and lighting systems with engineers, background music and a professional D.J. if required
