AKA is a premier wedding & party band based in Hampshire that plays throughout the UK

AKA play for weddings, parties corporate events with beautifully crafted music including Pop, Motown, Rock, Classic and Contemporary Covers. With a huge repertoire of 200 songs from the 50s to today’s top 40 hits this dynamic 4pc band comprising lead female singer and male singer/lead guitar plus bass guitar & drums have everything for a great night’s entertainment.

AKA brings together musicians of the highest quality and as a band they have more than a decade of experience performing for just about every kind of event. There is serious pedigree here: the guitarist has played at Glastonbury, for BBC Radio live sessions and toured throughout Europe. Singer Seonaid has performed at Windsor Castle, Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Stadium!. She has also worked with Alexandra Burke, Beverley Knight & Ariana Grande.

Bass & Drums include credits from West End Shows and tours including Bat out of Hell, Rip it Up and ‘Someone Like You’ the Adele songbook tour. Guitarist Hugh has also supported The Hoosiers and The Doobie Brothers.


Playing for weddings
AKA is the perfect wedding band and much of the band’s work is given over to couples who not only want a great band but also need the security that the band have the experience and skill to entertain at the highest level and keep the dance floor filled.

The core 4piece band is at the centre of packages which can include additional DJ Booth, enhanced lighting, acoustic music for the wedding ceremony & or drinks reception and sound system for speeches.
