Barbican Brass – London’s finest Brass Quintet

Having met whilst studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and as contemporaries in the European Union Youth Orchestra, each of Barbican Brass’ members have built impressive reputations as players of the highest quality, working with many of the UK’s foremost orchestras and ensembles including The BBC Symphony, BBC Philharmonic, London Symphony, Sinfonia of London & The John Wilson Orchestra.

The quintet has had the pleasure of performing numerous recitals around the UK, including for the Guildford International Festival, Appleby Music Festival, Ackworth Concert Society and Music in Mayfair as well as further afield, at the Vinterfestspill i Bergstaden in Røros, Norway.

The Group has performed for the Metropolitan Police at New Scotland Yard, provided music for the National Lottery’s anniversary celebrations and have been featured cover artists for Muso Magazine.
