Big Love UK- The ultimate Fleetwood Mac tribute

Big Love UK perfectly recreates the dynamic sound and electrifying performances of the iconic Fleetwood Mac. Five world class UK musicians come together to perform the music from three distinct periods in the band’s history- Classic ‘Rumours’ period, the Peter Green ‘Blues years’ and the biggest solo hits of Stevie Nicks.

The Band
The musicianship and experience within this five piece is nothing short of spectacular. The band consists of LYNN CLARE vocals and percussion, CHRIS MALKINSON keyboards, BENNY ‘GUITAR’ SMITH guitar and vocals, RALPH MILLINGTON drums and vocals and BILL HILL bass guitar – all of which have featured in many top musical outfits spanning the last 30 plus years. These include international opera star Andrea Bocelli, Irene Cara (Fame, What A Feeling), Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet), Cutting Crew, Kim Wilde, The Rubettes, and The Drifters.

The Show
‘Big Love UK’ perform a high energy show with an emphasis on audience participation. The band members like to engage with the crowd with a mix of humorous ad lib banter and some historical, informative chat about Fleetwood Mac. Warning! People will want to get up and dance!!

The first set starts with two songs from the early Peter Green Fleetwood Mac years – ‘Albatross’, followed by ‘I Need Your Love So Bad’. Our singer Lynn then takes to the stage to sing ‘Seven Wonders’.

Set 1 continues with classic Fleetwood Mac tracks from ‘Rumours’ and ‘Tango In The Night’ albums, including an acoustic section, followed by an energetic climax to the set with ‘Little Lies’ and ‘Go Your Own Way’.

Set 2 commences with two more Peter Green songs – sung by our drummer and guitarist. Lynn then takes over lead vocal to perform some of the best Stevie Nicks solo hits. Then it is back to classic ‘Rumours’ tracks with an upbeat end to the show including ‘The Chain’, ‘Don’t Stop’ and a ‘Go Your Own Way’ encore.

‘Big Love UK’ also offer a show called ‘Mac and Cheese’ where the 1st set is all Fleetwood Mac songs and the second is a party set full of dance floor favourites (that’s the cheese!) from the1950s to the present day.
