Flamenco guitarist José Leon is based in Sussex and is an accomplished singer and guitarist able to perform in both Spanish and English.

He has a guitar style that is both melodic and rhythmic having studied flamenco in Spain and also played in a diverse range of styles in the U.K. From relaxing solo guitar romantic melodies & gentle rhythms to passionate Latin/Flamenco songs in Spanish, José adapts his performance with ease to the mood of any gathering.

His voice lends itself perfectly to interpreting songs by The Gypsy Kings, Santana, José Feliciano, The Buenavista Social Club and other well-known Latin-American and Spanish artists. His music is perfect for weddings, corporate functions, Restaurants/Bars, private parties, themed events, festivals, and family functions.

Being sensitive to the needs of clients, he is able to adapt his performance to suit any atmosphere whether mellow and relaxing or lively and animated. Equipped with a compact Bose P.A. system, José is able to provide a high quality sound that is pleasing to the ear at any appropriate volume.

Highly skilled in authentic Flamenco, Latin, Cuban, Spanish, Brazilian, Bossa Nova, Samba and Rumba, José has performed in Dubai, Qatar, Spain, France, Morocco, Turkey, Croatia, and Germany.
