Music in Theme perform music from medieval times through to the twentieth century.

They present just about any themed show you could imagine including Medieval (with adaptations of Chaucer’s Pilgrims Tales, and compered medieval banquets), Victoriana (street, pub and early music hall ), Naval (shanties, sea songs & nautical music from the age of sail), Simple Folk (folk music of all ages and types), Far West (ballads from the days of cowboys, gunfighters and the Wild West).

They are able to work accoustically as “mix & mingle” or with PA as the occasion demands, and are expandable to include other musicians & instruments as required.

MINSTRELS LAY
Minstrels Lay is but one of the themed entertainments offered. This is based on a Medieval theme and can feature as many entertainers as are required. This is probably the most popular theme that they provide and works well for themed banquets, Medieval type events and they have even played for a Game of Thrones Event in central London.

They have appeared at Knebworth, Highclere Castle, Great Fosters, Leeds Castle, Winchester guildhall, Pennyhill Park, Chatham Navy Days, Beaulieu, Woburn, Syon Park, Torquay Riviera, Brighton Grand & Metropole, Southend Pier re-opening, Merchant Taylors Hall, Thorpe Park, Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Legoland, Epsom Derby Day, H.M.S. Warrior and many other venues in the UK and Europe.
