Rooster – a superb wedding, party and events band based in the South of England

Rooster is a high-energy party band known for their incredible three-part harmony vocals and infectious good-time vibe. Based in Dorset, the band have a reputation for creating unforgettable experiences at every event. They play a diverse range of songs from the 1950s to current chart hits, always adapting the music to suit the mood and ensure the dance floor is constantly full. Rooster is a versatile band that can be tailored to your event’s needs from the compact 4 piece band right up to a 9 piece band including brass.

Since 2014 Rooster have performed at numerous high profile corporate events with clients including Audi, HSBC, Bournemouth AFC, Waitrose, National Trust, Bournemouth Tourism, Pru Health to name but a few.

This is a group of highly accomplished musicians who have collectively worked with some great names including The BBC, Top Of The Pops, Sir Bob Geldoff, The House Of Blues USA, MTV, VH1, Robbie McIntosh (Paul McCartney/John Mayer), Ben Waters (Jools Holland) Jazz Legend – Ronnie Scott, Pinetop Perkins (Muddy Waters) and Charlie McCoy (Bob Dylan/Elvis) whilst touring across the UK.

Rooster’s varied set list caters for all ages and includes a mixture of 50’s Rock’n’Roll up to current day hits including the likes of Elvis, Van Morrison the Beatles right through to Bruno Mars, Kings of Leon, Daft Punk and many more! You can be absolutely sure that guests of all ages will be up dancing and singing all night to great music from a superb band. Rooster are experienced, highly professional and experts at making your night one to remember.

Rooster can provide professional PA and band lighting as well as recorded music in any breaks via a playlist.

For anyone thinking of booking these guys, do it!! …All of our guests loved having them, they had everyone up dancing, and their versions of the songs they play are sublime. We particularly loved their treatment of some Bob Marley classics that had everyone singing the lyrics back to them. They really do create the perfect party atmosphere. Highly recommended!
