The Beat Legends present a superb tribute to the bands that created the sensational Merseybeat.

The band recreate the sounds of the 60’s playing the hits of The Beatles, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Searchers, The Hollies, The drifters, Billy J Kramer, The Merseybeats and many more.

The Beat Legends are led by guitarist Yanni, a seasoned professional who honed his talents with ‘The Seftons’ back in the 60’s playing venues such as the iconic Cavern Club in Liverpool. The band became famous and their name is etched in the Matthew Street Wall of Fame. The band later moved to London and were signed by Apple, The Beatles recording company, and they went on to play venues throughout the UK and abroad.

The Beat Legends is made up of Yanni (Guitar/Vocals), Allen (Bass/Vocals), Rick (Drums) and Roland (Guitar/Vocals) and each player in the band is a seasoned experienced pro. The Beat Legends use authentic 60’s instruments and musical arrangements to faithfully recreate the sounds of the original bands.

The band has supported many of the great 60’s bands including The Searchers, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Swinging Blue Jeans and Freddie and The Dreamers. The Beat Legends have been invited to perform at International Beatle Week every year since 2006 and are always in great demand.
