The Shades is a professional, experienced band with a playlist covering Classic Pop, Rock, Soul & Indie. They play with energy, style and at a level of musicianship beyond most other bands on the circuit to deliver stunning covers of great music! A set can include music from Elvis, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Oasis, Maroon 5, Elton John, Robbie Williams, Ollie Murrs, The Killers, Bruno Mars…..
The band line up is flexible from the core 5pc of Male Singer, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Drums. The 6pc adds either Female Singer or Sax with the 7pc featuring both. The 8pc band includes a Trumpet to complete the horn section, and for larger events there is additional brass, singers and percussion available to create a show with a stunning visual presence and unrivalled sound.
The band has worked throughout the UK and much further afield including the Emirates Palace (Abu Dhabi), Grand Hyatt (Dubai), Hilton Hotel (Abu Dhabi), Kempinski Palace (Africa), Moevenpick hotel (Dubai) and many more.
Performances are up to 2x60minute sets. Pro PA by HK Audio is provided as standard plus lighting rig. Recorded music after set up and in breaks is included & the band can also include a professional DJ service.
