Another excellent option which is popular for weddings is the String Trio. The trio has a similar sound to the quartet but is just a little lighter as either a violin or the viola is omitted from the full 4 piece ensemble. If available space is at a premium or if you are looking for music to suit a tighter budget then this option works well. Most of our Hertfordshire String Quartets offer the trio as an alternative so it is well worth considering.
