With over 20 years experience in providing professional musicians for events Fantasia Music is proud of a roster of talent that includes String Quartets in Sussex. We only represent professional, experienced musicians and our string ensembles comprise string players who have graduated from the UK’s finest music colleges, academies and conservatoires as well as either being members or freelancing with major symphony and orchestras. It is not unusual for our Sussex String Quartets to play for a wedding on a Saturday and the following day be on stage with the London Symphony Orchestra or Brighton Philharmonic orchestra.

These ensembles play mainly for weddings and receptions and are in high demand particularly throughout the busy wedding season. A more contemporary feel is favoured by others with recent requests including ‘Lifted’ by The Lighthouse Family, ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight’ from The Lion King, ‘Marry You’ by Bruno Mars or ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ by Elvis.

Sussex String Trios
For wedding venues that might have limited space or where the budget for the full string quartet is out of reach the String Trio is well worth consideration. The sound is just a little lighter than the quartet as there is one less instrument (either the viola or one of the violins) however the sound is still beautiful.
